“He brought a BACKUP GIRL on a date,” Lana Rhoades threw shade at ‘Libra’ Kevin Durant while revealing horrible experience

“He brought a BACKUP GIRL on a date,” Lana Rhoades threw shade at ‘Libra’ Kevin Durant while revealing horrible experience

Kevin Durant, Lana Rhoades

Former adult movie star Lana Rhoades revealed last year that she visited Brooklyn and went out to dinner with some players after the Nets game and one of the guys brought a back-up date. She later asserted  that he was a Libra and as it happens, Kevin Durant was the only other Libra on the roster of the Nets.

One of the most disputed athletes in NBA history is Brooklyn Nets player Kevin Durant. He has established himself as one of the best, and his play speaks for itself. But what sets him apart is the way he conducts himself off the field. Durant doesn’t hesitate to express himself and does so in his own unique style. However, some of his activities might not be the best, and one of them involves a disastrous date he had with an adult film star. Rumor has it that Durant went on a date with star Lana Rhoades, but he also planned a backup date.

Kevin Durant and his NBA career

One of the league’s most dangerous scorers is Kevin Durant, a two-time NBA champion, former Rookie of the Year, four-time scoring champion, MVP, and two-time Finals MVP. With four scoring titles, Durant is tied for third most in NBA history with Allen Iverson and George Gervin. Durant was an All-Star for 10 consecutive seasons, starting eight of the games, and twice winning the MVP prize in the All-Star Game. Durant also made an enduring effect on the international stage as the all-time leader in points for Team USA and a three-time Olympic gold medalist. Durant recorded a career-high and NBA-high 32 ppg during his one and only MVP run, in addition to 5.5 assists, 7.4 rebounds, and 1.3 steals.

Durant at age 21, surpassed Lebron James to become the youngest player in NBA history to win the scoring title. Up until he left Oklahoma City to join Golden State in 2016, Durant was the third-leading scorer for the Thunder and was in the top 10 in a number of all-time statistical categories. In the Finals, Durant gave Golden State his best effort. After finishing the series as the team’s top scorer in each game, he was named 2017 Finals MVP. Durant guided the Warriors to victory over the Cavaliers in the 2018 Finals, earning him his second consecutive MVP award.

Lana Rhoades and her date night with Durant

In a recent episode of her podcast “3 Girls 1 Kitchen,” Lana Rhoades shared the story of how a Brooklyn Nets player chose to contact her for a date when she was in New York City. She said: ” The guy who invited me also invited one of the other girls and this isn’t the first time that this has happened to me that where I’ve been invited on a date and they also invite a ‘backup option.” She further added: “We ended up leaving dinner, not because of that situation because at that point, you’re already friendzoned, I don’t give a f*ck who you’re talking to, the date was really boring…”

Rhoades received a lot of negative feedback from people online despite sharing her experience from the date. This was as a result of her remarks on the day and maybe the player. No matter what she did for a job in the past, she is still a human being and has the right to turn someone down when she doesn’t want to be with them, even if they are an NBA star.
