Larsa Pippen and Scottie Pippen, their $11 million home
The beachfront gated estate that reality star Larsa Pippen, an original cast member of the “Real Housewives of Miami,” previously occupied with her ex, NBA great Scottie Pippen, has finally been sold after she convinced him to do so after their tumultuous relationship and divorce.
The Pippens wed in 1997, and on December 15, 2021, they formally divorced after three years of separation. They each have children named Preston, Justin, Sophia and Scotty Jr. The reality TV star said that her ex-husband had a habit of dictating the narrative in a recent confessional. Later that day, in the same interview, she explained her husband’s reasoning for “seeming delighted,” saying that he is controlling everything to demonstrate his continued dominance over her and because she is doing whatever makes her happy. When she was discussing her issues, Larsa previously shared Scottie’s evil acts and additionally, Larsa had Scottie sell their mansion for this reason.
The disparaged relation of Scottie Pippen and Larsa Pippen
Scottie Pippen, a 6’8″ “point forward,” was on the great Chicago Bulls teams that captured six championships in the 1990s. Pippen played 17 NBA seasons. Just a few of Pippen’s individual achievements are his seven All-Star appearances, seven All-NBA Team selections (three of which were for the First Team), and eight All-Defensive First Team selections. In 1996 and 2022, the NBA’s Top 50 Greatest Players of All Time and Top 75 Greatest Players of All Time, respectively, included him. The Bulls retired Pippen’s No. 33 in October 2004 when he announced his retirement.
She rose to prominence as a result of her marriage to Scottie Pippen, Larsa Pippen. The couple has four kids together after being married in 1997: Scotty Jr., Preston, Justin, and Sophia. They split in 2016 after being married for more than 20 years while Larsa and Scottie eventually reignited their romance. However, they reportedly filed for divorce once more in 2018 amid allegations that she had an affair with rapper Future. Larsa, however, has refuted the notion that their divorce was brought on by unfaithfulness. A year before she formally ended her relationship with Scottie in 2020, she was afterwards photographed with NBA player Malik Beasley.
Larsa Pippen described her divorce from former NBA star Scottie Pippen as “traumatizing” on an episode of “The Real Housewives of Miami.” Larsa further said that Scottie Pippen was punishing her since she had persuaded the legendary player for the Chicago Bulls to auction their property. For $1.3 million, the Pippens purchased an empty plot of land, and it wasn’t until 2004 that they began construction on their residence. It was difficult for Scottie and Larsa to sell the prestigious property, which was in Miami. The home was sold in 2021 for about $10 million as t heir former mansion was listed for sale by Larsa, and it appears that her ploy was successful.
In February 2017, they tried to patch up their marriage and in November 2018, Larsa filed for divorce once more where she cited irreconcilable differences in court filings. Larsa Pippen recently made news when she was seen with Marcus Jordan, Michael Jordan’s eldest son. As a result, stories about them dating began to circulate online but there is currently no evidence to support any form of link between them.
