LeBron James‘ superagent, Rich Paul, might be a married man. Paul, who is known for securing the most lucrative deals for his clients, has been linked with singer Adele for the past two years. They went public in July 2021 after being seen together courtside at a basketball game.
Recent news suggests that the couple has tied the knot. There were multiple speculations, including one when Adele was seen wearing a ring on her ring finger back in 2022. While she denied the allegations at that time, she might have confirmed suspicions that they were married.
During a recent concert in Las Vegas this past Saturday, Adele was asked by a fan if she could marry her. In response, Adele mentioned that if she agreed to the fan’s request, her husband, who was in the crowd, wouldn’t be happy. She said, “You can’t marry me. I’m straight, my love, and my husband’s here tonight.”
This sparked speculation among fans, who lit up social media after Adele’s comments. The most obvious interpretation of her statement was that Rich Paul was in the crowd, as he is the one she is currently dating. The “Skyfall” singer might have just confirmed that she and Paul are finally married.
Rich Paul’s blockbuster $900 million off-season
Rich Paul’s offseason has been going great. After allegedly marrying Adele, he has also negotiated deals worth over $900 million for his clients this offseason. LeBron James‘ close friend has been very busy this offseason. After helping the Lakers retain Jarred Vanderbilt with a 4-year, $48 million contract, he broke the $900 million mark.
Paul also assisted his friends Anthony Davis and Draymond Green in securing huge contracts, with AD earning the biggest annual salary in the league, landing him a contract worth over $180 million. He also helped Fred VanVleet secure a 3-year, $130 million deal, which many consider a Rich Paul masterclass. Paul’s offseason is certainly better than most in the NBA.
