The Los Angeles Lakers, led by LeBron James, defeated the New Orleans Pelicans 133-89 in the semifinals on Thursday, demonstrating their continued dominance in the NBA In-Season Tournament. Before coming against the Pelicans, they had to face the Phoenix Suns, and that wasn’t an easy game. Ultimately, they defeated the Suns 106-103 to clinch the final semifinal spot of the In-Season Tournament.

During that match, there was an on-court moment captured featuring Lakers HC Darvin Ham, LeBron James, and Anthony Davis. The game was tight and intense. The Lakers were charging toward the Suns court and we could see that Darvin Ham was giving some advice to LeBron and Anthony. While in response, we could see both players just ignored the HC. LeBron gave the reply:

It was hilarious to watch as Darvin Ham’s hands were out of his pocket. However, that was not meant to be disrespectful. LeBron James has not stopped demonstrating why he is such a unique player. Even though he is in his 21st year in the NBA, he shows no signs of stopping. Hence, it would be unwise for anyone to advise LeBron.

Out of his 31 points, 15 were scored by James in the fourth quarter. LeBron put on a brilliant shooting display in the closing minutes, scoring 15 of the Lakers’ first 19 points and dishing out assists on his teammates’ remaining two baskets.

Following yet another outstanding performance that saw the Lakers defeat the Phoenix Suns, James made some intriguing remarks about his age. In this match, LeBron finished with 31 points, eight rebounds, eleven assists, and five steals. This season, LeBron has once again been the Lakers’ go-to player offensively and many argue that the team depends on his performances.

Playing at an intensity that few teams have been able to match, the Pacers currently own the best offensive rating in NBA history.
