Baron Davis, a former NBA player, feels that Bronny, LeBron James‘ son, would gain by playing beside his father. He thinks it would be beneficial for Bronny James‘s growth at the next level if the USC guard played with his father. This followed comments made by Austin Rivers expressing his wish to see Bronny play for a different NBA team than his father, LeBron of the Los Angeles Lakers.

In an interview with ESPN’s Malika Andrews for NBA Today, Rivers expressed his desire to spare Bronny the kind of attention he had undergone when playing for his father, the former head coach of the Los Angeles Clippers, Doc Rivers. Many NBA players expressed their disappointment with Rivers’ statements. And there is another critic of Rivers’ remarks: Baron Davis.
