LeBron James and Rihanna have a long history of friendship, but their latest interaction at Paris Fashion Week has set the internet on fire. The Lakers star was caught on camera touching the singer’s pregnant belly in a video that has gone viral.

The two icons hugged and smiled as they posed for photos at the event. James also took the opportunity to congratulate Rihanna on her pregnancy, as he gently touched her baby bump. The singer, who is expecting her second child with her boyfriend ASAP Rocky, seemed to appreciate the gesture.

Rihanna made headlines when she showed up at the show with a visibly pregnant belly, confirming the rumors that she was expecting. James, on the other hand, sported a new grill and robocop-like sunglasses. The two looked like they were having a great time at the show, which featured the latest designs from Virgil Abloh.

The Los Angeles Lakers added the versatile guard, Jalen Hood-Schifino, to their roster with the No. 17 pick in the 2023 NBA Draft on Thursday night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. Hood-Schifino, who can play both on and off the ball, will join forces with NBA legend LeBron James in his quest for another championship.

“It’s a dream come true,” Hood-Schifino said. “I’m just grateful for this opportunity, and I can’t wait to learn from the best.”

Hood-Schifino had a stellar freshman season at Indiana, where he played for coach Mike Woodson. He was a reliable scorer, rebounder and playmaker for the Hoosiers, averaging 13.5 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 0.8 steals per game. He also showed his efficiency as a shooter, making 41.7 percent of his field goals, 33.3 percent of his 3-pointers and 77.6 percent of his free throws.
