LeBron James goes berserk as Jaylen Brown snatches Grayson Allen’s ankles with nasty move in Celtics vs Bucks Game 2

LeBron James on Jaylen Brown and Grayson Allen

If the Celtics are to progress past defending champions, Milwaukee Bucks in their semi-final series, Jaylen brown has to surely join the party alongside Jayson Tatum and Marcus Smart. Having kept quiet in Game 1, Brown came up with an explosive performance in Game 2 to brutally beat the away team at YD Garden and in the process took the life out of ‘villain’ Grayson Allen.

Safe to say, it seems like Jaylen Brown has punished Grayson Allen for his vigorous shove on Alex Caruso early on the season. That was the brutally of the ankle-breaker delivered by the Celtics marquee on Allen. If you don’t believe us, look at the reaction from Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James, who surely made his thoughts clear on the same.

Upon seeing the play, LeBron James quickly took to Twitter to express his awe with the move. No offense Milwaukee Bucks’ Grayson Allen despite his efforts to defend, but that was a really nasty ankle-breaker. It was so clean as well that it’s hard not to appreciate it.

Jaylen Brown played poorly for the Celtics in Game 1, finishing with just 12 points on 4-of-13 shooting from the field. He was clearly hampered by his hamstring injury at the time, and it showed with his lack of explosiveness and struggles to score. Things are way different in Game 2, though. Not only was he able to get back his usual burst, but he definitely started with a lot more confidence than he did in their previous outing.

Talking particularly about Brown’s performance, he ended scoring game-high 30 points, while Tatum added 29 points. Grant William’s contribution off the bench was massive as well with 21 points as Celtics ragged their way back into the series with an explosive 109-86 win.

Now, as the Boston Celtics have found the voids in Milwaukee’s defensive unit, will they be able to capitalize and take the lead as the festivity heads to the away turf for Boston.
