LeBron James’ eldest son, Bronny James, suffered a cardiac arrest during the offseason. Many fans were shocked after such a young athlete endured such a life-threatening incident. He has been recovering since the cardiac arrest in July and seems progressing well. Bronny hopes to be ready to play for his college team.

His father, LeBron James, has remained alongside him throughout his recovery. LeBron has advocated for his son’s ability to regain what he used to do when he was young. After a page on X shared a video of Bronny showcasing his athleticism, it also claimed that Bronny had a similar level of athleticism as his father. Bronny was executing incredible dunks despite being just 6’2” compared to LeBron, who was 6’8”.

LeBron agreed with the opinion and even called out all the critics, referring to them as “casuals,” who thought Bronny didn’t have great athleticism for his age, saying they didn’t know about him. He shared the video with the caption, “Exactly!!! He’s definitely just as, if not right there at his age. The casuals just like to argue about ? they literally don’t know about.”

What happened to LeBron James’ eldest son Bronny James?

LeBron James’ eldest son, Bronny, suffered a cardiac arrest during practice with his college basketball team on July 24. He had to be taken to the hospital, where he was admitted to the ICU.  Since then, he has focused on rehabilitation from it and seems to be recovering well.

He has already started practicing with his college team in hopes of being eligible and ready for the 2024 NBA draft. Bronny is an incredible athlete and is projected to be picked in the first round. Bronny playing with his father, LeBron would create history and a spectacle that fans would love to watch.
