“Gotta stop yapping” – Lonzo Ball HUMILIATES Stephen A. Smith with hilarious clip trolling analyst’s wild report
Lonzo Ball has criticized Stephen A. Smith for spreading a misleading report stating that Lonzo was unable to stand up from a seated position.

Lonzo Ball has been out due to a knee injury since January of 2022 and is expected to miss the entirety of the 2023-24 season. He has already gone through three knee surgeries, the most recent one being in March. Lonzo was expected to be healthy after 6-8 weeks of the injury in 2022, but due to reasons unknown, he hasn’t recovered and is still yet to play.
Lonzo’s situation was being discussed by Stephen A. Smith on ESPN, where Stephen A. said that he thinks Lonzo will never be the same after this injury, and that he has heard from his sources that he can’t even get up from a sitting position. This report was called out by Lonzo himself as he posted a video calling out Stephen A. on his social media.
Lonzo was really infuriated by the false news that Stephen A. was spreading about his condition. In the video he posted, Lonzo asked, “Stephen A., who are your sources, bro? Please tell me who your sources are. Come on, man, you gotta stop yapping! And I actually like you, man! I don’t even know you like that, but I like you! I’m coming back, man, come on!”

Lonzo Ball expected to miss the entire 2023-24 season
The eldest of the three Ball brothers, Lonzo Ball is expected to miss the entire 2023-24 season as he will be recovering from another knee surgery, his third after his injury in 2022. This really sucks out the hopes of Bulls fans as when Lonzo was on the court and healthy, the Bulls were the best team in the Eastern Conference with a record of 27-12 in the 2022 season.
Lonzo went down with a knee injury where he had torn his meniscus, and the most recent surgery was a cartilage replacement in March, after which he is confident that after rehab he will be able to play again at the level he used to. Bulls fans would certainly hope that happens as their stars DeMar DeRozan and Zach Lavine are on expiring contracts, and the Bulls aren’t expected to re-sign DeRozan as he ages into his late 30s, so a long-term contract is not in sight. Lonzo would be expected to take the team forward upon his return.
In a recent appearance on Trae Young’s podcast “From the Point,” Lonzo also said that he feels bad for the Bulls organization because they did everything to build a great team around him. He regrets that this injury he had ruined all the chances he had to see what the team could have achieved, and he will never be able to see what would’ve happened if he had stayed healthy.
