“Make it happen big dawg” – Draymond Green and LeBron James linkup at Lakers LOCKED by Kendrick Perkins and Twitteratis

Draymond Green and LeBron James have been the internet’s favorite duo for more than a year. And, now the chances of all the rumors around them teaming up together are real. The Golden State Warriors aren’t the same team anymore as they recently got knocked out of playoff contention by the Los Angeles Lakers. The dynasty is probably on the verge of ending as Klay Thompson, GM Bob Myers, and Draymond Green can soon roll out.

Draymond Green has a player option worth $28 million but the chances of him checking the market as a Free Agent are real. The former DPOY can get the bag next season but the Warriors won’t be able to land him an extension. He’ll have to take a pay cut, as with the new CBA rolling out and an increase in luxury tax percentage, the Golden State Warriors can’t pay everyone. As they have already extended their young core with multi-year contracts.

Kendrick Perkins though believes it’s time for Draymond Green to part ways with the Stephen Curry-led Golden State Warriors. And, join forces with LeBron James and Anthony Davis at the Los Angeles Lakers. Over the years, LeBron James and Draymond Green have turned into best friends from competitors. And, everyone around the league knows the unreal support DG has for King James.

So Kendrick Perkins‘ recent statement where he quoted: “If I’m Draymond, I’m trying to get to LA and if I’m LA, I’m trying to get Draymond Green,” isn’t wrong. Draymond Green being 33 years old want a multi-year contract which the Los Angeles-based team can provide him. And, in return, they can get a real leader, veteran, ball handler, and mentor for their young team which is led by LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
