The Dallas Mavericks have begun their second phase on a very bitter note after losing to the Phoenix Suns 121-114. The Mavs have been thriving past all expectations this season despite having a couple of bumps in the middle due to injuries and trades. But the current roster of the franchise has been nothing but hard-working and chances are they might put a tough fight against their current opponents.
One particular player broke out during Game 1, Maxi Kleber had an incredible first half on offense providing an extra backup for Luka Doncic. Dallas has been a very well-rounded team just like opponents of the season. The team is slowly reaching its goals of becoming title holders.

Maxi Kleber took a major fall to the floor which had the Mavericks fans in fear. The player has been an integral part of the Mavs’ offense averaging 17.3 points over his first three playoff games. After being handed over a pass for the dunk, the center grabbed a hold of the rim thinking he would hang on but his fingers gave up at the wrong moment causing him to fall awkwardly on his back.
Luckily, he faced no major injuries and finished playing the usual 25 mins per game. During the first half of the game, Kleber scored 16 points which included 5 three-pointers. He also worked his way on defense and record one very crucial block. Kleber and the Mavs are set to face Phoenix on Wednesday.
