Michael Jordan was certainly someone who always wanted to prove that he was the leader. Sometimes, such personalities can come off as very toxic and could disruption the internal relationship of the team thus breaking chemistry and what not. MJ’s attitude worked with the Chicago Bulls but not with the Washington Wizards.

During MJ’s final seasons in the NBA with the Wizards, he was incredibly rude and savage towards his own teammates often belittling them. Form his point of view, it was a way to help them get better but to the receiver it was just insults after insults.

The Wizards were not the best team during this farewell era. The Jordan being the player that he was obviously had a say in every decision made by the front office. The ended up drafting Kwame Brown No. 1 overall. But little did he know what torture he was walking into.

Michael Jordan would bully him to the ground calling him “flaming fa**ot.” This obviously terribly affected Brown to a point where it hurt him mentally. He would only average single digits throughout his career. After Jordan retired, he may have been a relief but that was not until he joined the Los Angeles Lakers a couple of years later.
