NBA legend Michael Jordan was rumored to be dating an actress named Rachel Givens when he was at the peak of his stellar career. The two apparently broke up citing unknown reasons, and later, Robin married boxing sensation, Mike Tyson. Michael revealed his relationship with the actress in a strange manner to the GQ team.
Michael was shocked when he learned about Rachel’s marriage to the boxing legend Mike Tyson. For the knowledge, before dating Jordan, Rachel had dated comedian Eddie Murphy who was quite famous back then. Then she dated Michael during his peak and later moved on to Mike Tyson when he was beaming with success.
Michael felt that Rachel was not looking for love, but she was only behind successful men. In an interview with the GQ team, he accepted that the relationship between the couple got tiring within a week. He then faced difficulties trusting women because of his fame and money. He also said that he only trusted his mother regarding the female gender.

With the kind of money and fame Michael had earned, dating was easy for him. He was wise enough to know that most women dated him for his money and stardom. That made things difficult for him as he couldn’t find true love who loved him for who he was and not the materialistic things he possessed. Perhaps that was the reason he only trusted his mother. Michael married Yvette Prieto, an American model, in 2013.
Prieto met basketball legend Michael Jordan while at a Miami nightclub in 2008. They moved in together in 2009 and were engaged over Christmas in 2011. Prieto married Jordan on April 27, 2013, at Bethesda-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church. Yvette gave birth to twin daughters in February 2014. She is also a stepmother to Michael’s three children, whom he shares with his ex-wife Juanita Vanoy. After the divorce with Vanoy, she reportedly received a $168m divorce settlement, which is still one of the largest in sports history.
