Michael Jordan’s father’s KILLER to make NBA GOAT relive painful experience

Daniel Green, one of the men who was found guilty of killing James Jordan, the father of NBA legend Michael Jordan, in 1993, wants a new trial. He says he is innocent and that his lawyers did a bad job defending him.

Green, who is in prison for life for the murder, has decided to get rid of his lawyer. He says he did not shoot James Jordan, and that it was his friend, Larry Demery, who did it. Demery said in court that Green was the shooter, but Green says that was a lie.

Green says that the prosecutors made Demery lie by telling him that Green had blamed him for the murder. Green says he never said that. “I did not kill James Jordan,” Green told WRAL from prison. “I’ve never killed anybody.”

Green’s request, which he sent to the Robeson County Superior Court, says that there are many problems with his conviction. He says that the jury did not say he was the shooter, but only that he helped Demery do it. But he says that the state did not prove that Demery was the shooter, so his conviction is wrong.

Green also says that his lawyers lied to the jury and did not show them things that would have helped him. He says that his lawyers told the jury that they would prove that James Jordan was alive after the murder, but they never did.

Michael Jordan has to face his father’s death again

Green’s request for a new trial might make Michael Jordan feel sad and angry again. He was very close to his father and stopped playing basketball after he died. James Jordan was a good friend and teacher to his son, who always said that he helped him love and work hard at basketball.

Jordan has not talked much about his father’s murder, but he shared some of his feelings in the 2020 documentary series “The Last Dance”, which showed his career and last season with the Chicago Bulls. Where he said that he felt mad and hurt by the way his father died and that he had a hard time dealing with it.

MJ also said that he thought that his father’s death was not random, but had something to do with his own fame and gambling. He said that he got threats from people who wanted to hurt him or his family because of his gambling problems or scandals. But there is no proof of this idea, and the police have said that James Jordan’s murder was a robbery that went wrong.

The judge has not said yet if Green will get a new trial, which could take a long time to happen. Demery is still in prison and might get out in December.
