Karl-Anthony Towns

The T-Wolvss have never been able to have a successful despite his efforts but managed to make the playoffs last season through the play-in tournament. It seems as if they might be headed that route again.
Karl-Anthony Towns played 21 games this season and was sidelined due to a calf injury. This happened over a month ago, while the Wolves were excelling in the Western Conference ranking among the top five almost. Although there isn’t an update on his return, the franchise may engage in trade talks involving the big man.
Michael Pina of “The Ringer” revealed that there will be a chance that Karl-Anthony Towns might be traded if things don’t go well for Minnesota. Considering the amount of talent they already possess, adding another backup combo player who can work both ends of the floor will benefit the roster.
Pina said, “If the Wolves either fail to qualify for the play-in or lose before the second round, expect deafening chatter around Towns’s future. There’s always a chance Minnesota turns things around by tightening up its three-point defense and finding a better way to space the floor around its three stars, but I’m not counting on it.”
