Two of Western Conference’s best teams – Golden State Warriors and Memphis Grizzlies will lock horns again on 7th May, this time in San Francisco. Being in the city, Ja Morant took some time to enjoy the nightlife.

Second seed Memphis Grizzlies entered the Bay area with an impressive win at home to level the series 1 game apiece. Their star point guard Ja Morant was influential in the postseason and took some time to enjoy the nightlife in San Francisco. He was spotted at a nightclub with his friends and security, at late hours. NBC reporter spotted Ja at the club and filmed him having drinks with friends.

Though it can be seen as highly unprofessional by many fans, tired and exhausted Morant deserved some fun time to freshen up for the next matches.

Ja Morant entered the league in 2019 as 2nd overall pick for the Grizzlies. Starting in all 67 games played, Morant averaged 18 points, 4 rebounds, and 7 assists per game, winning the Rookie of the year award. His form continued in the next season, though his points tally increased by just 1 point he started to make a huge impact on the team and the outcome of the game. He helped the Grizzlies make their playoff appearance after 4 seasons.

In the 2022 season, Morant went all in and exploded offensively, setting up franchise records for most consecutive wins and the best record in recent years. His stats upgraded to whopping 28 points per game with rebounds, 7 assists, and 1 steal per game.

Securing 2nd seed in the West, Grizzlies shocked many analysts, new offensive-minded Morant also won the “Most improve player of the year 2022” award, another accolade for the youngster.

In the postseason too, Morant averages 26 points per game with 41% shooting from the field. He improved a lot in a team game as he averages more than 10 assists per game and nearly 2 steals to help the Memphis Grizzlies win in playoff games.

Well, he certainly deserves some fun time, as long as he keeps on delivering for the team. Grizzlies will face Golden State Warriors on 7th May, in their 1st away game of this series.
