Anthony Edwards, the Minnesota Timberwolves superstar, is focused on leading the team deep into the playoffs. But a recent incident has fans questioning his off-field antics.

Yesterday Instagram Model Dream Paige leaked text messages that were allegedly exchanged between her and Edwards. The messages show that apparently, Edwards got Paige pregnant. Once she sends him a photo with the pregnancy tester, Anthony freaks out with a comment;

He then proceeds to tell Paige that he wants an abortion. Even though Paige does not like abortions, Edwards is insistent on having the abortion done. He insists that he does not want children right now. In their back-and-forth discussion, Edwards proceeds to offer Dream Paige money to assist in the abortion.

Later, from the conversations, it seems Anthony Edwards did send $100,000 to Dream Paige. He then asks her to take the pills after their conversation confirms she received the money. Then Edwards repeatedly asks for updates on whether she has taken the abortion pills. The leaked conversations end with Edwards repeatedly asking for video proof of her taking the pills.

Whatever the circumstances have transpired between them, Edwards seems to be insistent on not wanting a baby at this juncture of his life. The reason why Paige leaked the text messages on the internet is unknown. However, this could have ramifications for Edwards’ fame.

Fans having a field day with Edwards’ slip-up during the season

Superstar Anthony Edwards has helped the Minnesota Timberwolves to the top spot in the Western Conference. He has been averaging 24.2 points, 5.3 rebounds and 5.1 assists this season. Edwards is focused on a deep playoff run for the Timberwolves after previous disappointments. The entire Timberwolves team has rallied around Edwards this season, keeping him the focal point of their offense.
