“Biggest season in franchise history” NBA Analyst stresses how Kawhi Leonard and Paul George led Clippers are championship contenders

ESPN sports analyst Zach Lowe believes that the Los Angeles Clippers poses as one of the most serious contenders in the upcoming 2022-2023 season. Their roster is studded with some charismatic scorers and All-stars. On the same note-Zach has kept high expectations from the LA Clippers.

Zach Lowe said, “This is the biggest season in the history of the Clippers franchise. This is year four of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. Now injuries have cut short a couple of them years.” He further added, “This is the one. They are loaded, they are 15 deep. They’re the deepest team in the NBA, they have both their stars back. …This is the year and it has to come together.”

The All-Star duo of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George will make a comeback this season. Leonard is set to lead the Clippers team. The Clippers were also able to sign former All-Star John Wall during the offseason. The LA Clippers management had a clear head with all the changes they wanted to make right before the beginning of the off-season, and they have successfully sketched out what they wanted. LA Clippers will face arch-rivals LA Lakers in the season opener on 21^st Oct.

Kawhi Leonard is set to make a comeback in the upcoming season

NBA and LA Clippers star player Kawhi Leonard is set to return to the team roster for the 2022-2023 season. But the exact date of his return is yet to be out. ESPN’s Ohm Youngmisuk gave an update on Kawhi Leonard and how the Clippers are planning his return. He said, “The Clippers have not given a timetable on [Kawhi’s] return, because really, the matter of fact is they are going to follow Kawhi Leonard’s lead with this, and see how he feels with each step. We’ve seen snippets through social media of how he’s looking and doing in workouts, we don’t see a lot, but he looks like he’s bulked up.” Kawhi Leonard has organized team workouts with Paul George in Santa Barbara and San Diego, and some videos have surfaced on social media. Fans and the whole of the Clippers team will be eagerly waiting for him to take charge.
