Charles Barkley has made his way back to the NBA headlines. And the reason behind it is wild and bold prediction of Chuck. He is riding strong with the hungry underdogs, Sacramento Kings and is high with hopes for them. They have made their way back to the postseason after 16 seasons. And Charles Barkley believes they are going to have a deep postseason run and even a real shot at the NBA title.
As of now, the Sacramento Kings are scheduled to face Golden State Warriors in Game 7 at Golden 1 Center on April 30, Sunday. It’s the most important game of the season for both teams, as the winner will advance to the western conference semifinals and face the LeBron James-led Los Angeles Lakers. And the loser will pack their bags for the summer with an early exit. But Charles Barkley already knows how all of this is supposed to end, as his recent take portrays.
Charles Barkley sitting alongside Shaquille O’Neal, Ernie Johnson, and Kenny Smith on the recent episode of TNT’s “Inside the NBA,” sent out a bold prediction. He started his take with a very strange but expected comment as he said, “Would you please get your little thing out.” By saying this, he meant Ernie to get his little paper notes out to write down his prediction. But Chuck being Chuck took his take a step ahead as he went on to say, “I wanna take it a step further. The Sacramento Kings are going to the conference finals. They’re gonna beat the Lakers.”
After his bold prediction, Ernie Johnson hit Charles Barkley with some stats and facts which didn’t have the Kings as a lock to win Game 7 against the Warriors itself. But not giving two cents about it and riding with his take of Kings beating both Warriors and Lakers, Charles Barkley added,“And, what is that gotta do with this thing.”

Twitter trolls the life out of Charles Barkley for his recent prediction about the Kings
Charles Barkley believes the Sacramento Kings can win the semifinals against the Lakers, even though they are yet to defeat the Warriors and reach the second round. The internet isn’t riding with this take of Barkley as they believe LeBron James isn’t letting any of that slide once the semifinals begin.
Many also claim the Warriors will upset the Kings in Game 7 and advance. You can find some of the many reactions posted by fans on the internet here below. Even the KIngs’ fans are trolling him as he ain’t lucky with his predictions and always ends up with a jinx for his lock:
Charles Barkley isn’t all wrong with his take, as the Sacramento Kings were a much better team than both the Lakers and Warriors during the regular season. But again, let’s not forget that one team features Stephen Curry, who can wrap up the Kings’ season during Game 7 itself. And, if they are able to upset the Warriors, the other team has already shocked the league since the trade deadline and features LeBron James, who isn’t quitting anytime soon.
