Jayson Tatum is being discussed all over the internet as he failed to lead the Boston Celtics to the second round against the Atlanta Hawks in Game 5 of the first-round series. The Celtics were the favorite to win it all and advance in the playoffs, but Trae Young had different plans as Hawks forced a Game 6. Jayson Tatum, though, disappointed everyone around the franchise by not playing up to the expected level.
Recently, the Boston Celtics hosted the Atlanta Hawks at TD Garden for Game 5 of the first-round playoffs series between them. The game was closely contested and head-to-head except for the final minutes, where Trae Young took control and put on a fabulous show by drilling nothing but buckets. Young really went to work in the final quarter so his team could get the dub and keep their season alive. The Celtics needed only one win to pull down the curtains on the Hawks’ season. But now Atlanta has forced a Game 6.
The series is now tied at 3-2, and Trae Young has silenced all his haters as he gets all the credit for the dub. With 1.8 seconds remaining on the game clock and the Hawks being down by 1, Young came up big in the clutch by drilling the game winning-bucket from near the logo and winning it all at 119-117. In the final second, even Jayson Tatum had a chance to win it all. But unfortunately, his three-pointer was way off, and the Celtics ended up on the losing end.

Twitter trolls the life out of Jayson Tatum as Hawks force Game 6
In the game, Jayson Tatum was limited to only 19 points, eight assists, and eight rebounds. He also had a poor shooting night going 8 for 21 from the field and making only one three-pointer from the ten he attempted. Tatum completely disappeared when the Celtics wanted him to ball out and win it all. Instead, it was Jaylen Brown who had the team alive in the game as he dropped 35 points, five assists and seven rebounds.
But that wasn’t enough against the Trae Young-led Atlanta Hawks as he wasn’t giving up anytime soon. Young came in all guns blazing as he dropped 38 points, dished out 13 assists, and got four boards. He also single-handedly scored the final 14 points for the Hawks. The fans aren’t riding with Jayson Tatum after the embarrassing loss and aren’t letting his horrendous performance slide as they troll the life out of him on Twitter. It’s high time for Jayson Tatum to wake up and get going, or else the Celtics will end up throwing the series. No one in the league sleeps on Trae Young and his ability to single-handedly turn the tables around. It can be some serious trouble for the Boston-based team if the Hawks can force a Game 7. Clutch Trae has joined the chat and wants revenge for the disrespect being thrown at him lately.
