Golden State Warriors won the 2022 NBA Finals after winning 3 straight games in some dominating fashion. Their marquee player Stephen Curry stayed ’hot’ throughout the series and ensured that the trip to the finals is fruitful for the Dubs. He added the Finals MVP accolade to his trophy cabinet, and 4th ring to assert the team’s dominance in the modern-era. Many would consider after the hard-earned rewards, Warriors would take some time off from workouts and practice to enjoy the unprecedented success they had for the franchise. But champions are not made in days, and Curry just showed why he is considered one of the greatest Champions of them all. On the same note, a video of Steph working out in the gym went viral, and fans went crazy over the same.

In a viral 1-minute video, Stephen Curry was seen doing side lateral movement with weights, a general movement he regularly uses on the hardwood. As per practice, weights are used to provide some resistance to the movement, while the use of a heavy ball strengthens shoulder muscles. The video was shared on tweeter by “Clutch-point” and quickly became viral with many positive reactions, and some negative ones as well.

Golden State Warriors’ front office is certainly proud of its recruits. Warriors Billionaire fan Joe Lacob took over the franchise in 2010. The franchise had drafted Stephen Curry in 2009 and started building the team around the Davidson prodigy. Then they went on to win 3 championships in 4 seasons from 2015-2019. With a gap of 2 poor seasons (due to injuries and trades) they returned to the Promised Land once again in 2022.
