Charles Barkley on disgraceful fans
Once again it is our favorite Charles Barkley who has made it into the headlines with his unfiltered words. A Sport is incomplete without its Fans, fans hype up their players to perform, they color the stadiums with passion for the game. Sadly not all fans possess etiquettes and often provoke the players with either words or actions. Charles Barkley has come with a brilliant variation with which such problems can be solved as we witnessed another such incident today when Chris Paul’s mother and family was harassed by a fan. Hatred towards a player is wrong in itself, but going after their families makes us question the sanity of such people.
The nail-biting action between the Phoenix Suns and Dallas Mavericks was halted when a clamor broke out behind the Suns’ bench. A Mavs fan had reportedly put his hand on Chris Paul’s mother while his wife had been pushed while Paul’s kids witnessed the incident.
Chris Paul was infuriated with the incident post game as he posted on social media saying, “Wanna fine players for saying stuff to the fans but the fans can put they hands on our families…f**k that!

Charles Barkley needs just 5 minutes
The players work hard and carry a greater passion for the team and the game, targeting them due to personal bias or otherwise shows weak character of such fans. Charles Barkley is not one to back down from a fight as he vehemently condemned such behavior by the fans. However he came up with a rather intriguing formula to knock some discipline into spectators like that, he said :
“Some of the crap they say to you, hey, just give me 5 minutes on the center court with him and then say, ‘You ain’t gonna press no charges, ain’t nobody gonna be sued civilly, say what you just said to me right to my face, right here for this five minutes, Imma beat your a**, imma beat the hell out of you. I’m gonna take my time. I’m not gonna beat him up quickly. I’m gonna jab him a little bit then I’m gonna lay the haymakers on their a**.”
Charles Barkley, the 11 time All-Star, is known for being physical back in his day. In the 90’s players weren’t afraid to lash out at fans for saying appalling things. Nevertheless, the league has established more and more rules to protect said fans. Chuck disagrees with these and will most likely go head and execute his 5 minute idea which may prove to be a quick fix for such fans. Whether he was joking or was serious is difficult to comprehend since Chuck isn’t afraid to chuck one !
Barkley’s proposal will not happen, but there’s a good chance some NBA players will readily agree to the out-of-the-box solution. Fans reacted to this with mixed emotions with most of them agreeing with Barkley, not that it will have any effect on Charles Barkley !
