“Devin Booker had the audacity to mock a clearly superior player” Nick Wright how Luka Doncic’s aura is worrying DBook and Chris Paul

Devin Booker and Luka Doncic
After the first 2 games in the Suns vs Mavericks semi-final series saw the top seed in the Western Conference cruise to victory, which made many believe that Devin Booker and Chris Paul led Phoenix team is way too strong for the 3rd seed. However, Luka Doncic started his Magic since Game 3 and went onto register inspirational performances, which motivated Nick Wright even more to choose the latter player and his team in this particular semi-final match-up.

Nick Wright went onto suggest just why Luka Doncic has completely dominated both Chris Paul and Devin Booker in these six-games and has the upper hand approaching Game 7. Moreover, Wright stated that the pressure is indeed on Phoenix Suns to live up to their ‘best-team’ tag in the playoffs
Can Luka Doncic inspire Mavs past Suns in game 7?

On the latest episode First Thing First, Wright stated, “It’s not just that the Mavs have the best player in the series, the Mavs best player is better than the Suns best two players combined. Devin Booker had the audacity, the unmitigated gall to mock a clearly superior player.”
Safe to say, Devin Booker has had a somewhat quiet playoff run as compared to his regular season display. The three-time All-Star was expected to show up in the playoffs. His performance thus far has been a letdown to fans and pundits. He has averaged 24.7 points per game, having missed three outings. His absence was due to a hamstring injury he sustained in Game 2 against the New Orleans Pelicans.

On the other hand, Luka Doncic has once again established himself as one of the best clutch players in the playoffs, as he has managed to rank himself as the second-highest (average-wise) scorer in the playoffs.
With the semi-final series heading into Game 7, all pressure would indeed be on Booker and Paul to secure a win especially after taking a 2-0 lead in-front of their home crowd. Will we witness the legendary of Doncic once again? Or will Suns make sure Mavs are made to pay for not equipping Doncic with his ‘Robin’? Remains to be seen.
