Warriors superstar Steph Curry holds big man Nikola Jokic back after Gary Payton II butt slap, block
From the start of game 2, the Warriors started dominating the Jokic-led Nuggets and weren’t giving them the chance to bounce back from their last loss. This frustration was clearly visible from Jokers’ face, but things started spicing up in the late first quarter. Well, when only two minutes were remaining in the first quarter Gary Payton II blocked a shot by the reigning MVP and was hyped while staring him down.
Thereafter, the Warriors got the possession of the ball, and for them, Otto Porter Jr shot a deep three-pointer, due to which the Nuggets coach was compelled to take a timeout. When both teams started moving toward their bench Gary slapped Jokic’s butt which he clearly didn’t take in a friendly manner. The Serbian immediately turned back to respond harshly to Warriors guard Gary but he was blocked by Stephen Curry who hold Joker when he started moving aggressively towards Gary.
