As the two teams warmed up before Friday’s rematch, Isaiah Stewart was sparring with Philadelphia 76ers opponent Patrick Beverley, just two days after they ejected him from the Detroit Pistons’ game on Wednesday. As the two warmed up before the game, Stewart began to approach Beverley in a video that Bally Sports Detroit posted.
Patrick Beverley never backs down from a challenge. Furthermore, it makes no difference if he faces the intimidating Isaiah Stewart. Almost a week ago, during the Sixers’ home game against the Detroit Pistons, the protagonists engaged in combat. Beverley revealed on his podcast that after the first game of the series, Stewart or somebody from his camp went searching for him, suggesting that there was more going on behind the scenes.

Patrick Beverley said:
Something happened after the game. They said somebody was looking for me. I don't know who. So, I'm like, Okay. Who? They tell me. So instantly, I go right to Instagram, find my name, message, and send my number. 'I'm not hard to find. I'm local. I heard you looking for me. I'm here. I know you're gonna be in town for a couple of days. I'm here too. Let me know.'Patrick Beverley on Isaiah Stewart situation
In the opening game of the two games, Beverley and Stewart’s rivalry towards each other seemed to start when the guard appeared to elbow the big man while he was attempting to set a screen. On his pod, he defended himself by claiming that he was attempting to ascertain the pick’s source.
Patrick Beverley reveals that he would have punctured Giannis Antetokounmpo’s 64-point ball
If Giannis Antetokounmpo had been on the Indiana Pacers, Patrick Beverley would have taken the game ball. With a 64-point performance in the Milwaukee Bucks’ 140-126 victory over the Indiana Pacers, the Greek Freak broke the franchise record for single-game scoring. But when the former MVP went looking for the game ball after the game, mayhem broke out.

The NBA community has continued to use the situation as a major talking point. Patrick Beverley offered his opinion on the “Pat Bev Podcast.” Patrick Beverley said:
I would've poked a hole in that b*tch. Beat me? Put 60 on me? Yeah, you can have this ball. Then I thought about it. I would've pealed that b*tch like an orange.Patrick Beverley on the Pat Bev podcast
Numerous NBA players, both past and present, have voiced their opinions since the now-famous Giannis Antetokounmpo game ball incident. Apart from athletes such as Patrick, executives and staff are also contributing.
