Richard Jefferson has made his way back to the NBA headlines and this time he wasn’t trolling no one around the league but just spitting out straight facts while calling out Arenas. Recently, Gilbert Arenas faced a lot of criticism and hate from the fans around the globe for his senseless and foolish comments on superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo. There’s no doubt about the fact that Greek Freak is one of the best active players in the world of basketball. But still Agent Zero senselessly said that “He doesn’t understand basketball”. It’s a take, out of pure hatred and Giannis deserves no part of it. As he doesn’t really has a lot left to prove but he’ll have to keep shining as guys keep on throwing unnecessary shade at him for no reason and Gibby is on that list.
Gilbert Arenas on his show “No Chill with Gilbert Arenas”, discussing Giannis Antetokounmpo quoted: “The media tries to shorten his gap it’s like… Oh, he’s the best player in the league. Not even close! Just stop it! So this gap is so big but you trying to always replace the next person by putting him in. Like his work… I can look at his game and say he doesn’t understand basketball yet. Like he plays the sport, he won a championship cool but he really doesn’t understand how to be great, how to be better. How to train his body… You know I am looking at the stat sheet playing 32 minutes and 34 minutes. But I am sorry like for you to be here you have to train your body to at least 38 minutes and above…”
This take of his got him in headlines but it didn’t age well with many fans and executives around the league. But Richard Jefferson is the one who stepped up to call out the foolish take of Arenas as he knows how great Giannis Antetokounmpo really is. It was necessary for someone to shut down and slam him for his sensible looking senseless take and Richard Jefferson did a pretty good job doing that as he called Gibby a “little di*k” for it.

While doing so and breaking it down and clearing the dirt off Greek Freak’s name, he quoted: “If you break down Giannis’ game and the growth of experience like one thing about basketball IQ which we have seen him improve on year after year and become a better play maker… That’s a supreme level how much you underestimate his improvement.”
Further, Richard Jefferson added: “So Gilbert is being a little di*k and he might break it down…Like bro, okay we get it, but let’s talk about wins, let’s talk about impact on games, let’s talk about intensity, defense, offense. He is the best two-way player on the planet and it ain’t even close, it ain’t even close.” Finally, a sensible take on Giannis by Richard Jefferson and now everyone around just hopes Gilbert comes across this and gets his take right by apologizing to the greatest two way player on the planet. The coming season the Bucks megastar is going to have a blast in shutting down all such senseless and critical mouths who just don’t want to give him the well deserved respect.
