Over the years, various stars have expressed interest in running for the office of the Presidency. Figures like Dwayne Johnson and Kanye West have announced their intentions of possibly running for President in 2024. Therefore, for O’Neal to now express his interest isn’t particularly unique or surprising. In the world of celebrity politics, he certainly isn’t the first and likely won’t be the last.

In reality, while the idea of celebrities running for office has gained popularity, the probability of Shaq actually running for office appears to be extremely low. As of today, he hasn’t initiated a campaign, unlike other candidates who have already started their efforts to garner votes.
