Skip Bayless and LeBron James
Skip Bayless is back in the NBA headlines and doing what he does best. That’s criticize and hate LeBron James. There are reasons he is known as the biggest hater of the King ever and the smart guy has made himself millions doing that. And, this time Skip Bayless throwing shade on LeBron James is understandable and not unfair. As the 4× NBA Champion isn’t able to get the job done for the Los Angeles Lakers.
Recently, the Los Angeles Lakers hosted the Utah Jazz at Crypto.com Arena but unfortunately fell short in recording a win against them and continuing the win streak. The Jazz got the dub at 130-116 and now the Lakers maintain a losing record of 2-6. Skip Bayless has blamed LeBron James for this loss as he was targeting him since the start of the game and pointing out his shooting struggles.
LeBron James in the game dropped 17 points, 10 rebounds, 8 assists and had 1 block. He made none out of the five three-pointers he attempted. And, went 7-19 from the field. While Russell Westbrook had 26 points, 3 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals. Brodie made 3 out of the 5 three-pointers he attempted and went 9-14 from the field. Skip Bayless though gave his views on both of them via a tweet of his from his personal Twitter handle.
In the tweet, Skip Bayless wrote: “Russell Westbench played great, with a game-high 28 off the bench. Yet … the Lakers still lost by 14. It’s still all about LeBron.” Skip gave Brodie his well-deserved flowers and went on to bash LeBron and it isn’t the only tweet he sent out criticizing the King for being not that good. As he has also predicted Bron to have the worst three-point shooting season in history.

Skip Bayless criticizes LeBron James for his poor shooting stats
LeBron James right now is shooting 20.7% from the three-point line. And, has been unable to connect any threes in the past two games. Skip Bayless has pointed out the exact topic and criticizing Bron, he tweeted: “LeBron’s three-point shooting has fallen to an all-time bad 20.7%. Last two games: 0-12. Hard for the Lakers to overcome him. I thought he stayed “in the lab” through the offseason???” The analyst also questioned the superstar regarding the work he was putting in during the offseason.
Skip Bayless though was firing shots against LeBron since the first half as after the end of the second quarter he quoted: “LeBron, 0-4 from three in 1st half at home vs Jazz. So much for Darvin Ham’s D as it gives up 75. Come on, Bron, you’re on pace to have the worst 3-pt shooting season IN HISTORY. How bout making 2 or 3 in the 2nd half? Your team needs you. Surely you’re not still ‘sick.’”
Skip Bayless urged Bron to drill some shots from downtown. But King James disappointed him and many fans. And, now it’s high time for him and the team to improve on every necessary end, especially the shooting and defense. As now we know Russell Westbrook who has a better three-point shooting percentage (27.6%) compared to Bron isn’t the problem but it’s the whole team.
