Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe recently got a piece of the ongoing rivalry between Isiah Thomas and Michael Jordan. It dates back to around 40 years and will probably continue as Skip Bayless believes MJ isn’t a nice guy to sit with Zeke and get things cleared out. The topic sparked up in recent days after an article published by the Inquisitr went viral which was focusing on the start of rivalry between Michael Jordan and Isiah Thomas. But the base was MJ’s comments during an interview with Playboy magazine in 1992.
In the interview, Michael Jordan accused Isiah Thomas for freezing him out in the 1985 All-Star Game and as said by Skip Bayless he wasn’t being a nice guy while he quoted: “If you go back and look at the film, you can see that Thomas was actually doing that…Once it started getting around that he was freezing me out, that’s when the ill feelings started to grow between us.”
Isiah Thomas though denying it all in a recent tweet of his via his personal Twitter handle wrote: “Stop lying this story is not factual or accurate, tell the truth man. Dr.J, Moses Malone, Larry Bird, Sidney Moncrief and I did not freeze you out. If memory serves me correct I was injured most of the second half and Bird had a broken nose. Magic and Sampson dominated the game.”
Now many around the globe who love the game want this rivalry to end. As they want Michael Jordan and Isiah Thomas to sit together and talk it all out or maybe box it all out. Many want them to shoot a video and discuss everything they have been a part of so far and get it cleared. But Skip Bayless believes that’s not just possible as Michael Jordan isn’t the guy who wants love from people.

Skip Bayless debating on the topic with Shannon Sharpe speaking about the two legends sitting and solving it out said: “I’m not saying and never said he’s a nice guy, because I would not call Michael a nice guy. LeBron is a nice guy, and I think he really works hard to be a nice guy because, at heart, he’s a nice guy. And he wants to be loved in ways Michael never cared and doesn’t care about being loved. So if you ask Michael about the ’85 All-Star Game, he’s just gonna blurt it out again. Isiah froze me out and because of that Michael got even by freezing Isiah out of the ’92 Olympics. But there’s no way in heaven or hell that Michael is going to sit down with Isaiah because he doesn’t sit down with anybody. Because in the end he was a cold-blooded basketball killer, and he’s still got that in him.”
Unexpectedly once again Skip Bayless threw some shade at Michael Jordan for his ownership skills and further added: “You know and I know that’s why he was the greatest to ever play. He was who he was because of this. Now he’s gotta pay the price for it, which is loneliness later in your life and regret of ‘I can’t do what I do anymore.’ And he’s trying to get his frustrations through the team that he owns and operates, and he’s a disaster at it.” His last sentences where he closed the take were pretty senseless like always and many troll him for those. As Black Jesus is doing good with his team and improving day by day and by no end MJ can be considered as a loner.
But Skip Bayless is probably right with Michael Jordan not being that nice guy to sort out things with Isiah Thomas after decades of rivalry. As he is known for taking things personally and his stories to say the same. But still, we never know when he decides to get the job done and get a new mate. But till then the rivalry continues.
