Stephen Curry the Greatest Shooter of All-Time recently made his way back to the NBA headlines. As he was again influencing millions of fans out there by showcasing his greatness but this time it was all off the court and it still made history. As our Chef is now a graduate from Davidson College, finishing his Bachelor of Arts, majoring in sociology. He completed the course around May this year and got the reward last night. Stephen Curry has had an amazing year so far and still, there is a lot to come as he is doing nothing but just cooking.
As with the Golden State Warriors, Stephen Curry got himself another title (fourth championship) and his first ever Finals MVP award. And, now he has a graduate degree from the place where it all started. He also got his number retired on the same night and got inducted into the Davidson Hall of Fame too. It was a very emotional moment for Stephen Curry and his whole family was present with him to show out their love and respect for him as he is really making them proud. While being the perfect role model for society on the court, off the court and on the field too. As he is also good at Golf.
Stephen Curry received a one-man commencement ceremony during his jersey retirement and induction into the Hall of Fame. There’s no doubt about the fact that Davidson College wanted to do this for years. But they weren’t able to give the correct and well-deserved respect to Stephen Curry. As they only retired jerseys of athletes who graduated from the school. So once Chef got it done they wasted no time and honored him in the most perfect manner. He became the first person to have his number retired from Davidson College and he really deserved that. As he brought the college on the map by swishing three pointers for straight three years.
Now Stephen Curry has completed what he started back in the days before bouncing into the league and forming a dynasty with the Golden State Warriors. His now divorced parents Sonya and Dell Curry were nothing but proud about his greats. As not many can achieve or even think of achieving what he is getting registered under his name for the past decade. His proud parents delivered a perfect emotional speech for him and they also knew the next spot where it all will happen once again. It was the NBA’s Hall of Fame.

Sonya and Dell Curry’s heartfelt message during Stephen Curry’s graduation ceremony
Sonya Curry was a speaker at Stephen Curry’s graduation ceremony and she was super emotional while talking for and about her son. As she loves him unconditionally and she quoted: “Please take a moment hug your wife, hug your children and then huh yourself. It’s okay to say you are proud of yourself. You deserve this moment. Sir here for a minute before you start thinking about something else you gotta do because I know you are my child and you are already like what’s the next thing and then thank God for keeping you in your right mind. Thanking God for all the people who supported you on the way, thanking God for time and thanking God for just life. I love you and I am so proud of you.”
Even Dell Curry was super proud of his son and he ended his speech in fashion as he quoted: “Listen, my son. I love you man and next hall of fame you know where that’s gonna be. All right.” It’s really good to see Stephen Curry win in life and he has worked hard for everything under his name today so he deserves the unconditional love his parents, family, friends and millions of fans are throwing at him.
