The Golden State Warriors played against The Phoenix Suns at home today. It was a head-to-head game and a complete treat for basketball fans. Both teams played tremendously on both ends. It was a close game until the last second. In the end, it all came down to Steph Curry.

Warriors and Suns kept going back at fourth in terms of leads during the entire. Both teams mostly were healthy today which made the game more entertaining. Draymond Green and Jusuf Nurkic were playing against each other for the first time since Green’s return from the suspension. The stars were seen throwing some words at each other during the game.

With this game already being this entertaining, the Suns had the lead of 112-110 in the fourth quarter. After the timeout, it was Warrior’s possession, and the Warrior’s rookie Brandin Podziemski did not make any mistakes and gave a direct pass to Curry. The superstar caught the ball and turned around, destroying Bradley Beal‘s defense with a clutch 3-pointer with 1.1 seconds left in the game.

The Chase Center was electrified after Steph’s triple. During the last milliseconds of the game, a foul was called against Andrew Wiggins as the Warriors had one foul to give. The Suns were given one more possession with 0.6 seconds on the clock. But Kevin Durant failed to score which gave the Warriors their 4th win in the last 5 games.

NBA fans can’t keep calm after Steph’s game-winner

The NBA weekend was set for fans as they watched the tough matchup of the Warriors against the Suns. The game had everything a basketball fan could ask for. It being the first home game after a successful road trip, a win was important for the Warriors.

The Warriors have been in many close games this season. Games where they have lost with less than 3 points and only a few minutes left. Today, in another close game the Warriors were able to secure the win credit goes to none other than Steph Curry. Not just Warriors fans but NBA fans everywhere were thrilled by the last play and expressed their excitement on social media.

Currently, the Warriors are playing better basketball than they have done so far this season. This win gave them a (25-25) record and now the team is moved from 11th seed to 10th. The Warriors need to win more such games to qualify for the play-in matchups.
