Although the highlight of Bucks vs Celtics Game 4 saw the away team once again drawing the semi-final series to level, but much like the rest of us, Stephen A. Smith was also enjoying the banter between Giannis Antetokounmpo and Al Horford. Both of whom set the stage on fire in Milwaukee, but once again the sports media personality wasn’t happy with the game officials and refs. 

While Horford and Giannis’ battle saw them dunking on one another, Stephen A. Smith could not believe the technical fouls being handed over for the aftermath reaction. Generally, the adrenaline running in the players are quite high in the playoffs, plus to deliver a dunk on your rival’s head add to it by heaps. Acknowledging the Stephen A. Upon the particular incident, Stphen A. Smith could not help but reveal his frustration. Moreover, the sports media personality went onto criticise the league for being softer day-by-day. 

“This is about the dumbest S&@$ I’ve seen in basketball. So Al Horford drives in for a dunk on@Giannis_An34 and comes down with his left arm accidentally on @Giannis_An34face, and THAT’S a technical foul? What the hell has happened to the NBA? That’s as inadvertent as it gets!”

Stephen A. Smith does hold a valid point, knowing that the Bucks vs Celtics series is now tied at 2-2 and heading into Game 5, the physicality is only going to increase. But with Celtics looking to edge past Bucks’ defensive voids, will the most successful team in the NBA be able to take the lead as the action will now be staged in TD Garden? Remains to be seen as all speculations grow after the conclusion of Game 4.
