Stephen A. Smith has a large amount of success as a television analyst and reporter. His personality is a huge staple on the screens on sports lovers but at times mostly for his controversial takes or statements. Despite all this, he is well respected for his work and very good at what he does.
The legendary NBA and sports Analyst has been around since 1994 and almost three decades into his journalism career, Smith is still very relevant. He plays a crucial role on the panel of ESPN’s First Take appearing alongside host Molly Qerim. He makes frequent visits on Sportscenter and several radio shows.

Stephen A. Smith makes a huge blunder while pronouncing co-host’s name
Stephen A. Smith generally has a loud personality. Another thing he is very well known for is his massive vocabulary that he often uses. Many times, people have trolled him for his overly expressive nature but his energy is something that should be respected.
Recently on an episode of First Take, Smith had made a blunder while pronouncing Molly’s sur name. The legendary commentator confidently took his chance to appear correct with his pronunciation but he failed miserably. Molly was had a good laugh while Smith tried to keep a straight face and corrected him. This was one of the biggest losses he had ever taken.
The First Take duo have been co-hosting the show for over seven years now. Qerim permanently joined the crew back in September of 2015. But their history together is very suspicious itself. The female host was married to formed cast member and NBA player Jalen Rose. The couple split up last year after three years of marriage.
Fans began to speculate that Qerim and Smith were having an affair together. However, this was never the case and Rose confirmed that despite tying the knot together their spark had faded away. But all three individuals still remain friends with each other and Rose makes appearances one every while.
