“Whoop that trick” Stephen Curry gets utterly disrespected by Grizzlies dance crew during embarrassing Game 5 blowout 

Stephen Curry and his Golden State Warriors were expected to proceed to the conference finals today, when they travelled to Memphis for Game 5. If that was your thought process as well, then the reality has surely been utterly different. The Golden State Warriors went onto lose the latest game in this semi-final series by a margin of 39-points. Moreover, they trailed by as many as 52 points. 

To add fuel to the fire, Memphis Grizzlies dance crew hilariously mocked and trolled Stephen Curry as well. Well to give a background check, before entering this contest, Curry detailed that the Dubs would be looking to use the ‘Whoop that trick’ mantra of the home team itself. But in reality, is exactly the same which turned on against them, and the Grizzlies dance crew made the opposition marquee stars know about it.

During a timeout, the Grizzlies’ dance crew decided to sing their “Whoop that trick” song right in Curry’s face. The level of disrespect was unreal. Stephen Curry knew they got their behinds whooped in this one so he just had to laugh off the incident. Even Draymond Green was having fun with it as he joined in on the chants. 

Given that the young Grizzlies crew only wanted to showcase their true calibre without star Ja Morant, they surely made a statement about their intent against the former champions. I mean leading by as many as 52-points in the semi-final series? How absurd can that be. More so, with thousands of fans wanting Warriors to suffer, Desmond Bane, Jaren Jackson Jr and Tyus Jones surely went onto execute the same. 

The Grizzlies should not reach the sky as things are only going to get tougher as they travel on road for Game 6. Will they be able to get a road victory? That remains to be the ultimate quest? Or will Stephen Curry answer to this utter humiliation back at his court-yard? We’ll surely be waiting for all the speculations to be answered.
