Stephen Curry and Dell Curry

There is no secret that Stephen Curry has inherited his shooting skills from father, Dell. Having always praised his contribution, Steph perhaps could not control his tears after he hugged his dad whilst the last few seconds of Game 6. The 3-Point King who managed to once again lead his team, only to showcase his true-championship characteristic broke down on court whilst realising the joy of winning 4th title in last 8 seasons.

While Boston Celtics managed to get on a fiery 14-2 start, Golden State Warriors rose to the occasions after several minutes and never looked back. Having thumped the home team by a 21-0 run in the first half, Stephen Curry led Warriors put daylight between them and their opponents as they silenced the crowd at TD Garden with full venom.

While many were expecting Game 6 Klay to step up, it was Stephen Curry who managed to lead his team not just with game-high 34 points. But his game-play managed to get scorers like Otto Porter Jr, Draymond Green, Jordan Poole and Andrew Wiggins some valuable points regularly.

While the Celtics managed to bring down the 20+ point lead, to 9 points, Warriors always seemed to have the upper hand as they sealed a comfortable 103-90 victory to break the hearts of home fans in Boston. While the Celtics managed to make their first trip to the NBA Finals in 12 years, it never seemed enough to break the deadly Steve Kerr side throughout the round of four quarters.

As Boston Celtics decided to empty their bench with a minute remaining, Stephen Curry and co. realised the joy of winning yet another championship. This made the 3-Point King super emotional as he went to hug his dad with some time on the clock and lied on the floor, crying with happiness.
