“You refs are BIG-FAT CHEATS” Stephen Curry wants to fight refs in Game 4 after worst no foul-call on Jayson Tatum shove
NBA officiating has come under major scrutiny throughout the 2022 NBA playoffs. Different than usual, not only have the game officials been criticized but even the outcomes have different because of carious calls. It could have been the case in Warriors vs Celtics Game 4 as well after an insane foul-call on Stephen Curry wasn’t given, leaving the victim absolutely agitated.
But to everyone’s much surprise, not only Stephen Curry knock a hard-fought 3-pointer but even pulled the pressure-plug on Boston Celtics. In the spoken off play, Jayson Tatum could be seen giving a visible shove on the back on Curry, which not made him loose his balance but also let the ball off his hands ever so quickly. Stephen Curry frustrated with no foul-call in Game 4
With Boston Celtics leading by 3-points, Stephen Curry’s 3-pointer got Golden State Warriors at 73-73. With a free-throw attempt as well, the away side could have moved in front in a quarter where the home team simply refused to bow down. Curry could be seen yelling at the officials as well. Just a play before, while Curry knocked another shot from downtown, he was not awarded a foul when Smart seemed to have made a contact with him.
That being said, fortunately for Stephen Curry, Golden State Warriors these small no foul-calls could not stop them from winning Game 4 on away soil.
With the 2022 NBA Finals series being tied at 2-2, all eyes will be on Stephen Curry as he continues to fetch the limelight in this series by leading his team on his back. Talking about the individual performances apart from curry, the Warriors saw Klay Thompson and Andrew Wiggins have formidable contributions in the 4th quarter. As a result of which Klay had 18 points, whereas Andrew had 17.
On the other hand, no one from the Celtics had a big game as Tatum scored team-high 23 points, while Jaylen Brown had 21 points. Which team will once again take top honors in this series as the action moves to Chase Center? Remains to be seen.
