TMZ paid $100,000 to Warriors media snitch to leak Draymond Green’s video of punching Jordan Poole

The Golden State Warriors player Draymond Green punched his teammate Jordan Poole during the team’s practice session. However, Green apologized to the management and the team players. Famous American news website TMZ reportedly paid around $100,000 to a snitch in the Warriors media team to leak the video of the scuffle between Draymond and Jordan.

Media personnel Van Lathan Jr. tweeted recently, giving an estimated value of how much TMZ might have paid to leak the brawl video. Someone asked Van on Twitter, “How much TMZ paying to get this video @VanLathan??? Trying to figure out if the money worth losing your job.” Van replied, “I’d guess between 50-100k. If the seller was smart it would be 100. If it’s some dumb idiot they got talked into 50. It’s easily worth 150. Not sure what the finances over there are looking like rn tho.”

Furthermore, ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne reported on Twitter that “The Golden State Warriors are taking “every legal course of action” to discover how video of Draymond Green punching Jordan Poole during a scuffle at practice on Wednesday was made public, sources told ESPN.” Earlier, she had also stated, “Sources told ESPN that the Warriors have been “aggressively investigating” both the incident and the release of the video.” Ramona added, “Green apologized to the team and Poole on Thursday, before Warriors coach Steve Kerr, general manager Bob Myers and teammate Stephen Curry addressed the media regarding the incident. Friday morning, TMZ published video of the practice, which had been closed to the media.”

Golden State Warriors might fire the snitch who leaked the videos if they ever find out
