“Clutch meter above the clouds!” Trae Young breaks into the list of this unbelievable feat alongside only LeBron James

Trae Young entered a territory previously occupied by the one and the only, Los Angeles Lakers’ LeBron James, who now shares the tag of being the most clutch player with the Atlanta hawks’ Young. Atlanta Hawks currently face the Miami Heat in the first round of the playoff series this year, where the Heat currently have a 2-1 lead. Thanks to Young’s clutch character that we are talking about here, the Hawks managed to reduce the margin that they trailed by in the series.

The Hawks now know that no matter what situation they may be in, the ball needs to be handed over to Young, who despite being in terrible form since quite some time will still do what he is supposed to, score.

Thanks to Trae Young’s clutch abilities, the Hawks managed to get the win in the 3^rd game against the Miami Heat, a series which was being entirely dominated by the latter who had also been able to limit Young to nothing in the first two games. Young led the way for his team in the scoring dept with 24 points unlike the previous two games where he struggled to even get in form. This match unlike the others was different, the Hawks managed to come back from a 16-point deficit against their rivals and managed to get the dub, thanks to Young’s floater with 4.4 seconds left on the clock.

James had the crown of being the most clutch player in the sport, which he will now have to share with Trae Young who thanks to his performance against the Miami Heat got his team the dub and got himself in this feat. The Hawks managed to get a 111-110 win against the Heat who had been dominating the former for the past 2 games but have now decreased the deficit to 2-1.

Jimmy Butler missed a jump shot with 12.6 seconds left on the clock, post which the ball came to Young after the Hawks received the rebound. What was seen as a great chance in transition definitely delivered for the Hawks as Young hit the floater with about 4.4 seconds left on the clock, banking it in.

By doing this, he now becomes the only player alongside James with multiple go-ahead FG inside the final 10 seconds over last 5 postseasons.
