“Cold blooded dagger” Trae Young follows up in LeBron James’ footsteps to light up Drew League
Trae Young
Trae Young made a special appearance in Drew League just like LeBron James and even he didn’t disappoint the fans. As he put on a film for everyone who showed up and also the ones who were watching the stream. The last time he suited up in a Drew League game was in 2019 for BB4L. So this time in his special appearance he also brought in his teammate John Collins. As they want to stay heated up during the off-season so they can dominate their rivals once the season starts. Trae Young though like always showed off his offensive greats and heroics on the court which impressed many around. But unfortunately, his fellow teammate from the league had a bad day.
The Drew League is a pro-am basketball league held every summer in Los Angeles. It has the local and professional stars going against each other and it adds to the community behind the game too. Trae this time suited up for Black Pearl Elite the same team which went against LeBron James and DeMar DeRozan. His match-up was against the CitiTeam Blazers and it was a rough one as Trae Young’s squad ended up on the losing end.
The final box score of the game between Black Pearl Elite and CitiTeam Blazers stands at 103-100 and unfortunately Trae is on the losing side. But again he and John Collins weren’t that serious in the game but were just playing along the lines, so it was a fair loss. But again it’s the internet which is winning as fans troll and react to the loss which both the NBA stars were part a of.
Trae Young shows off his shooting greats in the Drew League
Trae Young in the game got himself multiple highlight-worthy plays even though he ended up on the losing end. In the game, he got himself 22 points, 7 assists and 7 steals. He was also ice-cold while shooting the ball from downtown and brought everyone spectating on their toes. As they won’t get to spectate the unlimited range of Trae Young every day.
