Jordan Poole received multiple carry violation calls during the match against the Miami Heat. The Bay Area star was not happy with the calls and was seen mocking the refs after the call. Poole is certainly not among the most loved young stars in the league. Twitter users took the social media to troll Poole.

The game between Miami Heat and The Golden State Warriors was nothing less than a drama. As the Warriors are struggling to stay afloat in the Western Conference, the Dubs were not appreciative of certain in-game calls that the refs made. Jordan Poole received three carry violations, and the guard vented on social media.

Warriors react to the travel violations calls on Jordan Poole

Steve Kerr discussed the carry calls after the game. He wasn’t too pleased about it and complained that even if the entire league does it, those plays aren’t actually called. “What Jordan does is a carry, but the whole league’s been doing it.” Steve Kerr said talking to the media after the game. Draymond Green also talked about the carry violations and pointed out that “every guard in the league carries.”

Jordan Poole posted a video on Instagram from a game between the Detroit Pistons and Philadelphia 76ers in the early to mid-2000s in which referee Steve Javie called Allen Iverson for a soft foul. Poole finished with 9 points and 3 field goals on 10 attempts as Golden State dropped to 3-5 to begin the 2022–23 NBA season.

It is disappointing to lose a game due to these calls at a point when the defending champs were searching for their first victory on the road. The NBA and the officials need to improve by either not calling these at all or by pointing out each time a player carries the ball.
