UPDATE: 20 people injured in shooting near Fiserv Forum after Bucks’ Game 6 loss to Celtics

The Game 6 loss of the Milwaukee Bucks was not the tragedy that took place in or around the Fiserv Forum Arena in Milwaukee. A group of ten individuals was taken into police custody after an attempt at a mass shooting outside the arena. The suspects were in possession of an absurd number of weapons with nine in total.

The shooting phase of the shooting took place in Deer District where the authorities took two individuals, a young girl and a man into a hospital. The suspect who was a 29-year-old male was arrested shortly after the scene. The next shooting took place outside the Bucks stadium where 17 people were injured. Fortunate enough, there were no life-threatening injuries of any sort.

Mass shootings have been a major issue in the United States as they frequently keep happening from time to time. Of course, shootings as such could have a very bad outcome and the NBA players are also at risk of it occurring at any time or even within the facility. Bucks fail to closeout Game 6 against the Boston Celtics

Much before the shooting, the Milwaukee Bucks faced a loss during one of their most crucial matches. The Boston Celtics had done a tremendous job of taking advantage of the lack of power from the Bucks side without Khris Middleton’s support. Giannis Antetokounmpo tried to put in the effort finishing with an astonishing 44 points and 20 rebounds.

Jayson Tatum led the Celtics with 46 points, 9 rebounds, and 4 assists shooting 17 of 32 from the field. Jaylen Brown recorded 22 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists backed by another 21-point contribution from Marcus Smart. The Milwaukee Bucks and Boston Celtics are going to end in a sudden-death situation at Game 7 on Sunday. Antetokounmpo and company are hopeful of getting through the series as winners to bring light to the dark moments that took place last night at the arena.
