According to TMZ, a member of NBA rookie Victor Wembanyama’s security team reportedly backhanded slapped Spears in the face, prompting her to file a police report.
The incident unfolded around 8:30 PM when Britney Spears, accompanied by her husband Sam Asghari and two others, arrived at the restaurant for dinner. The Grammy-winning singer was immediately surrounded by excited fans begging for her attention as she moved through the casino.
Upon entering Catch, Britney noticed Victor Wembanyama, a rising star in the NBA, and being a fan herself, approached him with a request for a photo together. Sources state that she tapped him on the back of his right shoulder, signaling her intention.
