“You are FAILING as a parent” Warriors star Draymond Green rants on social media about bad parenting in order to defend Kim Kardashian

Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors is one of the few names who have stepped up for Kim Kardashian who is facing unnecessary criticism on the internet since she appeared at the Met Gala. The 2022 Met Gala took place on Monday night with many celebrities and media personalities in attendance for an annual fundraising gala held for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in New York City. This year’s theme was Glided Glamour and everyone was dressed accordingly. So was Kim Kardashian who stunned everyone with her amazing look and fit but later while revealing a backstory was lashed on the internet. Draymond Green is one of the boldest and wisest voices in the league and he made sure he addresses it too and lets everyone know what he thinks about it.

Kim Kardashian was wearing the iconic dress that Marilyn Monroe wore in 1962 to sing happy birthday to President John F. Kennedy. A masterpiece by Jean Louis. But it wasn’t easy for her to wear that as she lost 7kgs in only three weeks to fit in it by starving so she can adore the dress and ace it at the event. This has fans criticizing her as many quote about her diet while also adding that it is bad for kids. Social Media personalities do have an influence on the people around but of course, that’s not done with a intention of selling out something wrong for someone. As sometimes it is also about the perspective. So the criticism here was unfair and senseless and even Draymond Green defended it.

Draymond Green tweeted out in defense for Kim Kardashian via his personal Twitter handle. He was shocked watching the reactions of fans around as they talked about the diet she had something very personal for someone and also linked it up with how it is bad for children. Like always he made sure his opinions and views are heard but now he is going back and forth with the fans as they don’t really agree with him.

Draymond Green defends Kim Kardashian

Draymond Green on his Twitter handle since the criticism began has many tweets defending Kim Kardashian one of them quotes: “We live in an rather interesting world to say the least. I saw people mad at Kim K over the last couple of days of a diet she was supposedly on. People really think they have the right to get mad at the food someone does/doesn’t eat?” Another one from his side talking about the parenting quotes: “You are FAILING as a parent!  And, it’s tough to fail at something that doesn’t have a grade/handbook to even define what passing or failing actually means. Do better people and stop expecting folks you see on TV to do for your kid what your parents did or should’ve done for you.”

He also has some more tweets which addresses raising children and not letting them being raised by a celebrity. As he quoted: “But what I am certain it doesn’t entail is raising someone else’s children for them.” Nothing said by Draymond Green was wrong as in the end its a parent who is responsible for the upbringing of a kid and raising him well and not a celebrity who unintentionally got an effect on him.
