The Boston Celtics vs Miami Heat series isn’t stopping giving us high-intensity moments and rivalries never seen before. Yes, we are talking about the newly erupted rivalry between Jimmy Butler and Grant Williams. It all began in Game 2 but won’t be stopping anytime soon as Butler continues to scratch the wounds.

It all started in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Butler shrugged off Williams’ challenge and made a tough and-one bucket over him mid-way through the fourth quarter. Following this, both the players were seen butting heads. Immediately after the win, Butler was spotted screaming, “There’s no way he thought that was the answer.” He was attacking Williams, who “poked the bear,” as the Heat then embarked on a 24-9 run, completing an incredible comeback to win.

In the 2nd quarter of Game 3, Butler once again reminded Williams of his wrongdoings. With right about a  minute and a half left for halftime, Butler scored a tough and-one bucket on Williams and then proceeded to point at the already devastated forward. This came in as a reminder of what happened in Game 2.

Butler and the Heat are leaving no stone unturned as they aim to clean sweep the Boston Celtics from the Conference Finals. On the other hand, Jayson Tatum and the Celtics are struggling to even get a win. The Celtics will stand on the verge of being eliminated if they lose this game, which at this point, seems highly likely.

Jimmy Butler scored in fashion and then pointed at Grant Williams… you best believe NBA Twitter was not going to miss this. NBA Twitter has been after the series hero Butler, who has almost singlehandedly carried the Miami Heat so far. While on the one hand, fans expected Tatum to rise for the Celtics, their star player has disappointed, scoring no points in the 4th quarter so far this series. And on the other hand, Butler has lead comebacks for the Heat in Games 1 and 2, getting them the wins.

It’ll be interesting to see where the Celtics go from here, considering they lose Game 3, which is most likely going to happen. As for the Miami Heat and Jimmy Butler, they have no reason not to celebrate. The team is getting wins, and it is getting wins in fashion, unlike we’ve ever seen before from an eighth seed.
