WATCH: South Carolina fans chant “lock him up” every time Brandon Miller touches the ball
South Carolina fans voice their displeasure at Brandon Miller as he scored 41 points while being investigated for involvement in a murder

Brandon Miller
Brandon Miller is slated to be a part of the upcoming NBA draft but teams might want to stay away from him. Miller was involved in a murder case along with Alabama teammate Darius Miles. Miles was arrested as he was the one who pulled the trigger which killed a woman. Miller is suspected to have provided the gun for the murder. All of the basketball worlds feels Miller should also be in jail as he was a willing participant in this crime.
In Alabama’s latest game against South Carolina, the fans voiced their displeasure. Chants of “lock him up” were heard around the arena every time Miller had the ball. Miller ended up scoring an impressive 41 points including the game-winner in overtime. The college kid is talented for sure but seems to be going down the wrong path. Miller averaged 18.7 points this season for the #2 team in college basketball right now.
Brandon Miller has not been charged yet as he is still just suspected to have provided the gun. There is no conclusive evidence to put him behind bars according to the law. Miller is currently a 5-star recruit and is projected to be an early first-round pick. If the authorities find any evidence on Miller then his NBA dreams will be over. The coach of Alabama says Brandon was at the ‘wrong spot at the wrong time,’ in regards to his involvement. Only time will tell how innocent or guilty Brandon Miller is, but basketball fans have made their decision.
Brandon Miller could miss out on a historic draft class

The 2023 draft is a while away but tanking teams are already preparing themselves. Victor Wembanyama is the consensus #1 pick for the draft and there is no debating that. Victor is measuring in at 7 feet 5 inches with an 8-foot wingspan and according to reports, he is still growing. Wembanyama has widely been touted as the most exciting prospect since LeBron James himself. The French center has a smooth handle and consistent shot to go with his towering figure.
Scoot Henderson from the G-League is the projected #2 pick and he is not half bad either. The guard is averaging 21 points while shooting 47% from 3. Analysts have compared his skill set to that of a prime Russell Westbrook which makes him all the more exciting. Scoot would have gone #1 in any other draft where a ‘unicorn’ in Wembanyama was not present.
Brandon Miller is the projected #3 overall pick but his value has certainly reduced with these allegations. If Miller is proven guilty his impressive collegiate season so far will all go to waste. Miller fits right into the mold of the current NBA with his lethal 3pt shooting and ability to create his shots. Miller is ranked #1 amongst his class for small forwards and is a lock for being a lottery pick. Although, one single mistake could take his entire career away from him.
