Kelsey Plum gets horrible trolled by WNBA commissioner Cathy Engelbert

WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert

Kelsey Plum achieved nothing short of success this season by also earning her first All-Star selection. WNBA commission Cathy Engelbert had bestowed the MVP with her trophy which garnered a lot of attention due to its tiny size. The award was much smaller than the All-Star Kobe Bryant MVP trophy which was introduced earlier this season.

After the Aces had won the Commissioners Cup on Tuesday, they were awarded their special prize pool and so was Plum with another trophy. Engelbert presented this trophy in a Tiffany & Co. box and the played seemed confused. The commissioner trolled her by offering her a much smaller trophy which costed $18 dollars. Kelsey reacted in Twitter saying, “Ok @CathyEngelbert…. This ain’t over.”
