Former NBA player and analyst JJ Redick made a bold assertion about 23-year-old guard Zion Williamson. He stated that the Lakers superstar LeBron James plays more energetically despite being the oldest player in the NBA. Redick’s statement stunned fans and critics and ignited discussions on the commitment showcased by James by defying the odds.

Redick in a conversation with famous NBA analyst Stephen. A. Smith shared his views on Zion’s performance in the NBA. He shared the locker room with Williamson during his stint with the Pelicans. The former player favored James over his former teammate due to a disappointing performance by the Pelicans in the recent In-season tournament semi-finals. JJ Redick in his statement said:

Who was the most energized player on that floor? The oldest player on that floor! [LeBron James] was more energized than a 23-year-old Zion Williamson. It mattered more to him... He puts on a show... Don't take the greatness for granted.

Redick, in his discussion, gives all due credit to LeBron James for the franchise’s success in the ongoing NBA in-season tournaments. The former Pelicans star was disappointed with the performance of the Pelicans as Willaimson and Brandon Ingram dropped just 13 points and 9 points respectively.

The Los Angeles Lakers swayed their way to an impressive 133-89 victory against the New Orlean Pelicans with LeBron dropping 30 points in a game time of 23 minutes including five rebounds and eight assists.

LeBron James shares his plans on possibly owning a Vegas team

The LA Lakers superstar LeBron James is said to be one of the best players in the league despite his age. The 19-time NBA all-star has been beyond impressive in the 21st season of his NBA career. Hopefully I can bring my franchise here someday

Las Vegas, as a city, has been rapidly growing its base in sports with the NBA organizing their Summer League games and now has the final two rounds of the ongoing NBA in-season tournaments. Vegas, in general, has a lot of teams in place within a lot of different sports out there except basketball. LeBron wants to ensure that the NBA doesn’t miss out on this opportunity.
