At a 2019 party in Los Angeles, Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan first crossed paths through mutual friends. The buzz about a romantic connection started circulating when they were spotted sharing lunch in September 2022. Despite initial denials and speculation, she eventually joined the Jordan family for Thanksgiving festivities.

Larsa is the ex-wife of Scottie Pippen, who was teammates with Marcus’ dad, the legendary Michael Jordan. As well as the unlikely connection, she’s sixteen years older than Marcus.

Larsa gave more details about how they met while trying to clear the air on what people believe to be true.

We actually met at a party four years ago. And I feel like a lot of people want to like spin things like oh they’ve known each other their whole life and I’m like ‘by the way we did not, I just met him four years ago.’

She then concluded by saying her initial plan when they first met. 

When his dad and Scottie played together, they were not together. His mom and dad weren’t together, I was in college. We missed each other. We missed that little era. So it’s like we were friends, we met four years ago. We were friends, we have mutual friends. So, like we were in the same group like a lot and it’s funny because I was trying to set him up with all my friends.

Larsa Pippen froze her eggs as a “little insurance policy” for Marcus Jordan

Larsa Pippen in an exclusive to US Weekly said she’s keeping an open mind about having children with her boyfriend, Marcus Jordan. Things certainly seem to be moving in the right direction for the couple:

I’m really happy with my four kids, but I feel like it wouldn’t be fair for me to not give Marcus that opportunity if we wanted to have kids.

Speaking on Thursday, the former Real Housewives of Miami star said:

So, I do have a little insurance policy in a freezer in L.A. just in case.

With ex-husband, Scottie she has four children, sons Scotty Jr., 22, Preston, 21, and Justin, 18, and daughter Sophia, 15. Regardless, it might seemingly be time for her to start a family with Marcus Jordan.
