Do you remember Giannis Antetokounmpo dunking over Stephen Curry during the 2017 All-Star Game, and everyone just went “Oh!!!!”? If you do then you may be glad to know that there’s someone who finally has avenged Stephen Curry.

The reigning MVP launched a blitz in his previous match against the Charlotte Hornets at the Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee. The Bucks gave away the Hornets a 16 Point lead in the First quarter but fortunate for them that they reduced it to 8 points before entering halftime.

Though the Bucks won courtesy to Giannis Antetokounmpo’s clutch point lay up the surprises that the Charlotte Hornets blasted off at periodically were something that caught the whole Fiserv off guard.

Miles Bridges Dunks it over “Greek Freak” Giannis Antetokounmpo

Just a minute into the 2nd Quarter, Hornets’ Miles Bridges goes for a dunk. Hornets’ Ish Smith sees the perfect opportunity when Miles Bridges runs into the painted area from the left. Smith threw an alley-oop and Miles Bridges just dunked it in in style. Miles dropped 22 points, 9 rebounds, and an assist against the Milwaukee Bucks.

On normal days it would have been just a dunk and that’s all but not today. The man who was defending Miles was the Bucks’ superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo. Yes! The 2.11 meter sturdy ‘greek freak’ who has wreaked havoc in the NBA.

Giannis is just not a player but one whose core is driven through aggression and dominance on the court. He is just not a force to be reckoned with in offense but is also considered as one of the best defenders in this season. And, Miles Bridges dunked it on him.

Eric Collins who was doing Live Commentary at that moment just went ballistic. He normally sounds more hyped than a usual NBA fan but after such a moment he was just blown away. His phrase, “Ohhh Miles Bridges just put the Freak in the basket!” just cracked up the whole NBA fandom.
