Anthony Edward and Karl Anthony Town played an efficient game for the team but that didn’t seem enough to win the game against the Pelicans. Both combinedly scored 54 points on the field. There were a lot of ups and downs in the game because of which the lead changed around 19 times throughout the game.

Brandon Ingram become the star player for the night when he shot three-point in the last few seconds of the game which eventually led the Pelicans to the victory and broke the winning streaks of the Timberwolves. During the post-game press conference, Anthony Edwards took the whole responsibility and blamed himself for the loss of the Timberwolves. He said “I blame myself. I think I had 0-points in the 1st quarter. I blame myself. I can’t perform in the 4th and not perform in the 1st and 2nd quarters. I wasn’t struggling to get in a rhythm, I wasn’t playing at all. I was just out there.”

Although the game didn’t end in the favor of the Minnesota Timberwolves, they still have the opportunity to make a comeback in the season, as there is no lack of talent on their side to overcome such setbacks.
